1. 7-Day Return Window

You may initiate a return or size exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all brand tags and luxury packaging intact.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Message our Support Concierge on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email support@jaggikurtas.com with your order invoice.
Specify your preference for a size exchange, item replacement, or store refund.
Our logistics courier will schedule a doorstep reverse pickup from your address within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Refund Eligibility & Bank Timelines

Upon receipt and quality inspection at our warehouse, approved refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Custom-tailored outfits, bespoke embroidery, altered sizes requested during purchase, and items damaged after delivery are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

Size exchanges within India are COMPLIMENTARY. For general returns, a nominal reverse shipping fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted from your net refund amount.
